Ulteriori informazioni / contenuti	Tedesco: Kaleidoscope 2 für Streichquartett ist als Bearbeitung einer Bearbeitung entstanden. Am Anfang dieser Bearbeitungskette steht das 1991 geschriebene Saxophonquartett „Winterkreis“. Damals Sopransaxophonist im Aargauer Saxophonquartett hat der Komponist dieses Stück für sich und seine damaligen Kollegen geschrieben. 2007 schrieb er im Auftrag des casalQuartett eine Bearbeitung des „Winterkreis“, transferiert in den Sommer und umgedacht von den Saxophonen zu den Streichinstrumenten. Und nun, nach nochmals 10 Jahren wandelt sich die gleichgebliebene Grundidee in ein nochmals neues Kaleidoskop von erweiterten Möglichkeiten des Patterns, diesmal sehr oft mit Hilfe eines Clicktrack, der weitergehende Überlagerungen, Reibungen und Verschmelzungen ermöglicht. Kaleidoscope 2 wurde für das Galatea Quartett geschrieben und 2017 uraufgeführt. Die Clicktracks können beim Verlag angefordert werden.
